  3. Realistic timelines are set at this stage.
  4. Interview locations & dates are confirmed based on the requirement category
  5. Advertisements are released in local dailies.
  6. Logistics are sorted and due diligence is done keeping clients constantly informed.
  7. Hotel & interview venue bookings are confirmed and assistance is provided on clients’ visas if required
  8. On-site prescreening, and shortlisting are carried out before putting forward to Clients for interview.
  9. Selected and accepted candidates immediately sent for medicals.
  10. Visa Stamping Process.
  11. Pre-deployment induction given on the Client’s company and culture
  12. Tickets and stamped passports were handed over to candidates for deployment

Our Recruitment Process

SOURCING:
Beginning with thoroughly understanding the client’s requirements, we then develop an appropriate strategy to tap the right resources.
We reach out through the appropriate mediums and source candidates from our industry-specific databases.

SCREENING PROCESS:
The short-listed candidates go through a screening process wherein there is a thorough background check.

SELECTION:
Following through with a stringent shortlisting process, the profiles from the first two phases are interviewed at this stage and put on to the clients for final scrutiny. We have industry-specific technical evaluators who perform these tasks effectively. As and when required, we conduct the necessary trade tests to ascertain the candidate’s competency levels.

Pre-Deployment ARRANGEMENTS:
Once the candidate accepts the offer, the mobilization department takes care of all the arrangements such as medicals, visa stamping process, paperwork of emigration clearance, tickets, etc.

MOBILIZATION:
Timely deployment is key to the entire recruiting process.
Once all the formalities are completed, an advance intimation is sent to the concerned personnel at our client’s side so that they can have the necessary arrangements like airport pick-up, accommodation, project site deployment, and other things taken care of.
